I'm Christian, and let me start by saying that I am not a therapist, counselor, or sexologist, by any means!
In fact, I developed this approach as a result of 19 years practicing kink/BDSM and multiple forms of personal development, and finally overcoming my own struggles with shame and intimacy.
For years, I was burdened by shame that held me back from being able to fully connect and develop meaningful, intimate connections.
In the end, every relationship ended because I was unable to be at peace with the desires I had.

But shame stood in my way.
After years of reflection and personal exploration, I developed an educational approach that helped me understand how shame and desire interact in my own life.
In time, I found language and perspective that supported my ability to navigate shame with more self-awareness.
Once I accepted, even cherished, these parts of myself, I was able to know which relationships were right for me and not.
Even better, IÂ now had the clarity needed to communicate my needs and desires in my relationships, which supported clearer communication and connection in my relationships!
